Please be advised there is an major internet outage effecting the Philadelphia Area on the Level 3 network.
Comcast and other providers use Level 3 this as part of their network.
This is causing both completely down and intermittent internet issues in the effected areas.
Please See heat maps showing the outage areas.
Level 3 is working to resolve this issue as is effecting national internet traffic.
