Mark’s journey with PCH Technologies spans over 14 years, during which he has held multiple positions. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Security Officer for nearly 14 years, honing his skills in security, risk management, information technology, networking, and cybersecurity incident response. His dedication to maintaining the highest standards of security has been instrumental in shaping the company’s reputation for excellence in the IT industry.

In addition to his roles at PCH Technologies, Mark is also a member of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and the private sector aimed at protecting the nation’s infrastructure. This experience further underscores his commitment to cybersecurity and his ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Before joining PCH Technologies, Mark served as the Manager of Information Technologies at Gateway Ticketing Systems for over six years. In this role, he was responsible for keeping the company’s infrastructure updated and protected, gaining valuable experience that he brings to his current role.

Earlier in his career, Mark worked as a Support/Help Desk Technician at Advanced Hospitality Systems, where he provided software services for restaurants, diners, bars, and more. This role allowed him to develop his skills in information technology and networking, laying a solid foundation for his future career growth.
